Here's what the first few minutes look like, from signing in to landing on your dashboard. There are two short setup steps that look alike — we'll point out the difference so it doesn't feel like you're doing the same thing twice.

Signing in and your profile

After you sign in, the Onboarding profile wizard gets to know you: your name, your studio name, your experience level, the equipment you have, and your preferred units.

Heads up: If you were invited to a studio, you don't need a separate sign-up — just click the link in your invite email and you're signed in on the first click, ready to go.

A note on units: preferences like your temperature unit (F or C) are per-member and per-workspace — you set your own, it only changes what you see, and if you belong to more than one studio you can choose differently in each.

Setting up your studio

Next, the Welcome studio-setup wizard helps you put a few real things in place — a resin, some colors, and a mold — so Ellie has something to work with from the start.

Heads up: These are two different wizards, even though they look alike. The first is about you (your profile); the second is about your studio (your first pantry items). You're not repeating a step — they do different jobs.

Landing on your dashboard

When setup wraps, "Take me to my studio" hands you off to the dashboard — your home base. From here you can stock your pantry, build a recipe, or just look around.
