Your dashboard explained
A quick tour of the Hi Ellie dashboard — what each section shows and what you can do from here.

Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Hi Ellie. It's designed to show you what's happening in your studio and give you quick access to whatever you need next.
The Ellie greeting card
At the top of the dashboard is a card with Ellie and a context-aware message. Depending on what's going on in your studio, she'll show different action buttons:
- Ask Ellie for an idea — opens the assistant with a creative prompt
- Continue this pour — jumps back to an active pour session
- Ask Ellie about restocking — opens the assistant with your low-stock items in context
- Continue last recipe — takes you to the recipe you were working on most recently
The buttons that appear depend on your current activity — you may not see all of them if you haven't started a pour or built any recipes yet.
Stat tiles
Below the greeting card, three tiles give you a quick read on your studio:
| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active sessions | Pours in progress |
| Active recipes | Recipes with Draft or Ready status |
| Running low | Items with Low, Out, or Needs order status |
Tap any tile to jump to the relevant section.
The Inspire card
The Inspire card (just below the stat tiles) is a shortcut to a new color inspiration session. Tap it to open Inspire and upload or link a photo. The nav has two related items: Inspire (in your craft's menu) opens the live session flow, and Inspire Diary (in the studio group) opens your saved sessions — the card here is the quickest way to start a fresh one.
Recent recipes
A grid of your most recently created or edited recipes. Tap any card to open it. If you haven't built any recipes yet, you'll see an empty state with a button to get started with Ellie.
Running low
If any pantry items are marked Low, Out, or Needs order, they appear here as quick-action cards. You can tap an item to view it in your pantry, or use the Shopping List button to see everything that needs restocking.
This week's rhythm
At the bottom of the dashboard, a summary of your pour activity for the current week — how many pours you've completed and how that compares to recent weeks. Hi Ellie tracks pour activity over time, so this section fills in as you use the app.
Note: If you haven't completed any pours yet, this section will be quiet until you do.
