Starting a recipe from a photo (in the wizard)

Hand the wizard a photo and Ellie reads a palette from it, then lets you turn that into your recipe prompt.

One of the ways to start a recipe is from a photo. Ellie reads the colors out of the image and turns them into a starting point.

How it works

  • Upload a photo or paste an image link.
  • Ellie analyzes it and gives you a palette and technique read.
  • Choose "Use this as my prompt" to carry that into your recipe.

Heads up: This is a two-step flow — the analysis on its own does not build a recipe. You pick "Use this as my prompt" to actually start one.

Good to know

Images can be up to 10 MB, and they aren't stored unless you save the recipe.

This photo entry lives inside the wizard. There's also a standalone Inspire surface that does photo-to-palette on its own — handy when you just want ideas without starting a recipe.
